These soft collars are completely manufactured in the United States from a specially designed, laminated paper-like fabric that is non-allergenic, nontoxic and water resistant. The collar will spring back to its original Elizabethan shape. Sizing: This collar must be able to slip over your pet's head in order to put it on. The drawstring closure will secure it around your pet's neck for a comfortable fit.
